Delta is planning to raise the bar for U.S. business class suites with its next-generation Delta One Suite. Built on ten years of customer insights and two years of design, this suite features a longer lie-flat bed, polished privacy features, and elevated dining and entertainment to deliver Delta’s most premium experience yet.
About the New Delta One Suites
The next-generation Delta One Suite will debut on the Airbus A350-1000, the newest and largest aircraft in Delta’s fleet. Around 50% of the aircraft will be dedicated to premium seating options, including 53 Delta One Suites. Deliveries are expected to begin in early 2027, but as of August 2026, official routes have not yet been announced. Potential routes are expected to serve long-haul international markets, based on Delta’s plans to expand its premium offerings.

The A350-1000 Delta One cabin will be configured in a 1-2-1 reverse herringbone layout, ensuring direct aisle access at every seat. Delta will be the launch customer for the VantageNOVA seat, developed in partnership with Thompson Aero Seating. This seat maximizes space within the suite and offers optimal comfort and privacy with sliding doors. Center suites feature a sliding divide that can be opened to chat with a companion or closed for privacy. The fully lie-flat bed has been extended by more than three inches, providing a total of 6.5 feet to stretch out. A new pillow-top cushion adds a plush layer on top of the memory foam seat, and a mattress pad and signature Missoni bedding complete the sleeping experience.

Stowage is built into the suite, including a cubby for shoes, a tray within easy reach of the bed for a phone, and a hook for eyeglasses. The suite features custom-designed controls with tactile elements, taking inspiration from luxury vehicles, allowing passengers to easily adjust their seat. Additionally, wireless charging is built into the console, removing clutter from cables.

Passengers in the Delta One Suite can find top-tier dining options, with seasonal menus featuring expertly curated appetizers, entrees, warm nuts, and complimentary beer, spirits, and wine. Each meal uses fresh ingredients from local farmers and artisans for a unique, organic taste. This business class seat also grants passengers access to a self-serve snack station, which rotates between selections of sweet and savory packaged snacks and beverages throughout the flight.

Each suite comes with a 24-inch QLED screen – the largest screen that Delta provides for any business class seat – that travelers can watch their favorite movies on in perfect 4K resolution. On this screen, Delta provides over 1,000 hours of entertainment, including movies, games, and sports channels through Delta Studio. Passengers can connect their headphones to the screen with Bluetooth for better, more private listening, or stream their own media using the fast, free Delta Sync Wi-Fi.
