American Airlines Introduces New Inflight Dining on Routes From Oceania and South America

American Airlines is bringing travelers to a whole new world of experiences up in the air with their new upgrade of inflight dining meals and flavors from all over the world. From Premium Economy to Flagship Business Class, American Airlines is providing destination inspired meals to routes flying across Oceania as well as South America.
Travelers flying Flagship Business Class to destinations such as Sydney, Australia (SYD), Auckland, New Zealand (AKL), and Brisbane, Australia (BNE) can find a new curated meal catered to the vibrant flavors of the pacific with focus on using fresh ingredients as well as umami rich sauces. The entrees provided to guests are a Sweet Chile Sea Bass with a light couscous, bok choy, and roasted carrots or a Kona-crusted Beef Fillet with a sweet potato mash, sauteed kale, and a balsamic demi-glace. These entrees hope to provide guests with that global influence in their inflight meals.
Now moving towards the South American route, these inflight dining cuisines hope to blend comfort and elegance in their meals. All return flights from destinations such as Buenos Aires, Argentina (EZE), Montevideo, Uruguay (MVD), and Santiago, Chile (SCL) have received new inflight dining menus in their different classes.
The Airline’s Flagship Business Class provides entrees listed below:
Pan-fried sea bass: Served with couscous and a peperonata sauce
Mozzarella cappelletta: A delicate pasta parcel filled with creamy mozzarella in a sun-dried tomato sauce
Grilled tenderloin: Served with zucchini spaghetti or zoodles with a puttanesca sauce
Grilled chicken breast: Marinated and served with charred vegetables and garlic mash
Premium Economy Flyers also receive a new dining menu of entrees listed:
Spinach ricotta cannelloni: A stuffed pasta baked in a rich tomato sauce with aged Parmesan on top
Grilled chicken breast: Served with herb-roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables
And of course you can’t forget the flight’s main menu that still provides flyers with different options such as a Teriyaki Beef Ragout simmered in a savory sweet glaze, as well as a Cauliflower Pie as a vegetarian option with spices and a creamy bechamel.
